Depending on the type of loan you are looking for your process can vary but the majority of loans All About Loans provide follow this simple structure.

1. Initial Meeting

We want to get to know you and your financial goals and circumstances. Ideally we meet over cup of coffee in our offices or at your home or workplace. We understand that you might have a busy schedule and are happy to meet with you outside of work hours at a time and place that suits you.

2. Research & Analysis

After our meeting we will have enough information to start the ball rolling. We analyse your information and assess your borrowing capacity. We research lender policies and negotiate indicative interest rates with the right lenders.

3. Proposals & Options

From our extensive lender panel we select those that are going to have competitive rates, great service and the policies that suit your situation. We give you your lending proposal, with a transparent outline of the product, its features, benefits and any associated costs.

4. Application Submission

With our depth of banking experience, we know how to present a compelling application to the bank. When you give us the green light to proceed we start building your application. We gather the supporting documents from you that match your lender’s criteria and then we submit a professional application.

5. Loan Approval

Once the lender receives your application we monitor it closely and keep you up to date on how it is tracking through the lender’s systems. If the lender has any queries we quickly handle these. We aren’t afraid to use our experience and knowledge to fight for your approval.

6. Loan Settlement

After your loan is unconditionally approved, we will organise a meeting to sign your loan contracts. Once these are returned to the lender your loan will settle. This means the loan funds will be disbursed to the relevant party or made available to you.
