SMSF Commercial Loan

Ray wanted to find an alternative finance solution for his commercial property purchase in a timeframe that would allow him to place an offer on the property before it was contracted to another buyer.

We visited Ray’s office, gathered his financial information and then performed some in-depth analysis. We concluded that the best way for him to move forward would be through an SMSF (self-managed super fund) loan. While this option had been raised by the second bank he had visited, they had advised that this too would be declined on the basis of insufficient equity.

This would mean that he could borrow more while at the same time contributing less equity from his superannuation fund. This would allow him to move forward.

We introduced Ray to professional financial planners who managed the establishment of his SMSF. Once everything was in order we proceeded with an application which was successfully approved.
